I had an exceptional experience with John Bell and his team from start to finish. John was a great communicator in updating and informing myself on all exteriors such as hardy siding, roofing materials, down spout options, & other key components to make the project a success. His skilled team were very kind which was an added bonus during their great workmanship. In addition, John took the extra time to check the house & quickly adjust changes needed - & only one in a huge make over project. There were no surprises and everything was explained in detail. John and his team, as a local, non contracting out company, genuinely put their skills and heart into my home exterior repairs. Dealing with the 2025 Calgary hail storm started as a stressful home process, so we carefully spent time afterwards in searching for a local, excellently reputable, competitively priced without compromising on skilled workmanship with a local Calgary roofing and exteriors team. John Bell went above and beyond in accurately informing myself through every step of the repair project with his awesomely skilled roofing and exteriors team in helping me to feel like a part of the process from A-Z! 🏆🏡. I 100% plus recommend Caliber Roofing & Exteriors for detailed skilled workmanship; honest transparency; informative materials & repair communication; competitive pricing - with John Bell, who will at his best, knowledgeably and personably include you in your home repair process with his amazingly, personable, skilled team along your home repair journey 🙏😀🏆

Great experience with John and his crew. Everything was handled efficiently without any issues. Work looks great and there was no additional clean up needed from us. John made sure to go through all our options for repairs and different quotes. He helped us understand the insurance process and double checked all work after completion. Would highly recommend

Met John through a neighbour of mine and was very satisfied how the whole process went, from the inspection to the quote and the time frame at which the job was done, plus john's attention to detail, specifically with our bathroom vents that we're not flowing air properly (we didn't know?) he caught it and took the time to repair it, which was included in the price of the reroof. I would highly recommend caliber roofing to anyone who asks. They do top shelf work. This was done after the hailstorm in 24, an I got four different quotes all using the same shingles and materials and there is a lot of companies out there that were taking advantage of the situation, based on what they were charging. 1 company in particular was over $10 thousand more than what john had quoted me. I chose to go with caliber because John took the time to explain why certain shingles should be used and the pros and cons of doing things one way vs another. I would gladly recommend Caliber roofing for any major projects.

I can't say enough about how great John and his team were. We had the exterior done in hardie board and it turned out amazing. John and his crew were professional, kind and hard workers. From the time they got here in the morning until they left they did not stop. John was always around making sure there was never any issues. Fantastic work John and team.

I recently had Caliber Roofing & Exteriors Inc. replace my roof and siding for hail damage, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Their team was professional, efficient, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. The quality of the workmanship is excellent, and everything was completed quickly without compromising on detail. Truly a fantastic team—highly recommended!

Had John and team re-roof my garage at my old place last year. Whole process was great from the estimate (John explained everything to me and gave me multiple options to choose from), material delivery, and installation (crew was friendly, professional and very neat). John even came back afterwards to ensure everything was cleaned up and followed up with me to make sure I was happy with the job.

Just had him out to repair a leak in my roof at my new place and provide a quote on some additional exterior work we need completed. Diagnosed the problem and quickly made the repairs on the leak. Did a thorough job collecting information and measurements for the additional exterior work. Explained everything in detail and looking forward to working with him on this project. Will post some before and after pictures when it's all done. Nice to use someone who is trustworthy and knows how to get the job done right.

Update: Finished up on the soffit venting that replaced the old, unvented plywood that was there before. Did a really nice job, looks like it was always there! Attached a few photos of the work.

Amazing, amazing experience with John the owner of Caliber Roofing And Exteriors. Last year we looked at different quotes to replace the roof on our rental house. After asking around, a few friends recommended Caliber Roofing and Exteriors as an excellent company. John was quick to reply, gave us a very competitive price, explained in detail what he was going to perform and when. The communication was easy and efficient in dealing between the schedules of John and our tenants. The next day everything was removed, cleaned and left spotless.
I again just had a great experience with John. We have some issues in the house we live in, thinking it is coming from the roof, we reached out to John. The issue not being his domain, he referred us to someone else. All this is great, but I was really surprised that John followed up with us to check if our issue was resolved. This speaks a lot about one's professionalism.
John is personable, trust worthy, very hard working, honest, and has very reasonable prices. Highly recommend him!
